We just built a root cellar into the hill bordering our carport concrete wall.

I built the form in the shop then dismantled it. Satisfied with the form i reassembled it on the root cellar walls. The perfect location for a root cellar is nestled into an existing soil bank in a well drained location 10 to 20 yards from your house. Only two sides are just concrete.
